📍 Shipping Coverage

Currently, we deliver only within Lahore. We are working to expand our coverage across Pakistan in the near future.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • A standard flat delivery fee will be charged on all orders.

  • Any promotional offers (e.g., free shipping) will be mentioned on the homepage or checkout page during active campaigns.

⏱ Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 7 business days.

  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of any unexpected delays, we will notify you via SMS or call.

🔁 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make at least two attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the delivery is not successful after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled or rescheduled based on courier policy.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • You can contact us if you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days of placing the order.

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, you may refuse to accept the delivery and immediately contact us for assistance.

  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, we will offer a reshipment at no additional cost after investigation.

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery to avoid any delays.
